Alumni Testimony
Clyde Cassel, RPh
Alumnus, Class of 1980
After graduating from Texas Southern University School of pharmacy, I came back home to Los Angeles and eventually was able to fulfill my dream of opening my own business in Carson California. My TSU education prepared me for success and allowed me to service the community for almost 30 years!

Tribute for Mr. Ellis Gordon Jr.
My Sincere condolences to Abby and the family. I will miss my partner who stuck with me through the years with the Texas Southern University Greater Los Angeles Alumni Chapter. We toiled together for 20+ years to keep it alive. I will miss your jokes and the times I was the butt of them. You fought a long and valiant fight, but God has prepared a place for you. Rest in heavenly peace, dear friend. Until we meet again. From One TSU Tiger to another.
Lovingly, Joyce Wooden Norfleet
Rest in peace my dear friend. I didn’t get to know you as well or for as long as I would have liked, but for our short time together you were a great mentor who never lost his sense of humor. I know that you are in a better place now with no worries. I will remember how you never gave up your fight and always had a positive attitude. You will be missed my friend and I will do my best to continue your great work with the TSUAGLA
